Important Note About Fitness Delivery During COVID-19

For your safety and ours we are currently implementing the following delivery procedures for fitness equipment:

  • Deliveries will happen on Thursdays or Fridays.
  • You may receive a call on delivery day to verify that everyone residing at the location is COVID-19 symptom free.
  • Our employees and anyone at the location team must wear masks at all times during the delivery.
  • In order to reduce exposure we ask that you have one person greet the delivery team and briefly direct them to the installation area.
  • We ask that everyone residing at the delivery location move to another room as far away from the delivery team as possible while the installation takes place.
  • The delivery team will work quickly, masked at all times, to install and test the equipment.
  • No training will occur on-site at this time. All training will be done on the day of purchase in store or remotely following installation.
  • Failure or refusal to follow these protocols may limit our ability to deliver and assemble your equipment OR may require us to deliver to an open air space such as your garage.
