THE POSITIONS:

Sales Manager Minimum 3 years leadership experience required.  Minimum 2 years bike store sales or sporting goods retail sales experience required.  Bachelors degree preferred.  Must have a friendly, outgoing personality and love to help people, especially with bicycles.  Must ride a bicycle often.  Must be organized, detail oriented and technologically savvy.  Must love being a charismatic leader whose daily actions are a great example for their sales team.  Responsible for selling all of the products we carry and for training their team to excel in doing so as well.  The sales manager is involved in the buying process as well as hiring their team.  This position also manages our rental department and leads that seasonal team. Ability to build bicycles and do minor repairs preferred.  40+ hours per week yearround, benefits (including health and dental insurance, paid time off, paid sick leave, 4 weeks paid parental leave) and eligible for both yearend and monthly profit sharing based upon sales goals. APPLY HERE or email resume and cover letter to christian@latitude45.com.

Full Time Summer Customer Sales Hero -  Bike store sales or retail sales experience preferred.  Must have a friendly, outgoing personality and love to help people.  Must ride a bicycle.  Responsible for selling bikes and accessories like clothing and helmets.  This position splits time between working in our rental operation and working in sales.  Seasonal position Spring until Labor Day (or when return to school if college student).  Able to access full employee purchase benefits 2 weeks after starting! Part Time Yearround Bicycle Assembler - Experience preferred, but we can teach you if mechanically experienced.  This position will be responsible for building bikes. This person could help out on the sales floor when needed if desired.  A friendly, outgoing personality preferred.  Must ride a bicycle.  Working 1-2 days per week for 7-8 hour days year round.  Great option for retired cyclists looking to work 1-2 days per week in a great atmosphere and get access to amazing employee pricing.  Able to access full employee purchase benefits as soon as you work 80 hours!  APPLY HERE

Part Time Summer Rental Team Hero - This is the perfect position for the high school student that loves bikes and working with people to start out at the shop.  An outgoing, friendly personality is important and you must ride a bicycle.  You would be working in our rental operation next to the main store.  In the mornings, you work with a team leader to organize all rentals and then in the afternoon you work in a self supervised environment cleaning and tuning the bicycles.  At the end of the day the team leader helps close the facility.  The team leader is a radio call away for any issues that may come up.  Rentals require reservations and you will learn to process rentals online.  No cash handling.  This job would be 2-4 eight hour shifts per week from June-Labor Day.  Able to access full employee purchase benefits as soon as you work 80 hours!  APPLY HERE

Full Time Summer Bicycle Mechanic - 1-2 years mechanical experience preferred.  This mechanic will be completing basic tunes, quick repairs, bike checkovers, accessory installs and bike builds.  A friendly, outgoing personality preferred.  Must ride a bicycle.  Seasonal position Spring until Labor Day (or when return to school if college student).  This position can also be tailored for the teacher looking for a fun summer position providing 30+ hours of scheduled work per week.  Able to access full employee purchase benefits 2 weeks after starting!  APPLY HERE

Part Time Summer Bicycle Mechanic - One year bike shop mechanical experience preferred. This mechanic will be completing basic tunes, quick repairs, bike checkovers, accessory installs and bike builds.  A friendly, outgoing personality preferred.  Must ride a bicycle. Part Time Summer Sales Helper - This is a great starting position for 14 years olds looking for their first summer job.  One day per week for 4 hours, this job will involve cleaning, restocking, airing tires and learning how the bike shop works!  The Sales Helper works independently while completing a shift task list.  Able to access full employee purchase benefits as soon as you work 80 hours!  APPLY HERE

Administrative Assistant - Looking for a job that gives you long weekends off and allows you to be available for your kids' after school schedules?

If you are a person who likes to dot their "i's" and cross their "t's", plus you enjoy working with fun people who love what they do in an upbeat environment, then this part time, year round position might just be a great fit for you!

  Job Responsibilities:

  Accounting Assistance

  • Manage accounts payables
  • Prep credit card reconciliation

  Inventory Management Assistance

  • Receive inventory against purchase orders and print pricing labels
  • Properly label product
  • Manage special order product
  • Create hanging tags for bicycles and place in bike boxes, marking box as received
  • Moving bike boxes to storage with help of other staff members
  • Managing backroom including organizing and cleaning
  • Loading of re-order points and purging old data with assistance of buyer
  • Assist with unloading of product from trucks with the help of other staff members
  • Supervise and perform monthly physical inventories of products both onsite and in offsite warehouses

Merchandising

  • Merchandising of all product with the assistance of planograms when applicable
  • Managing the discount rack and any discounting table displays including pricing of items and rotation of product with the help of buyer

  Customer Service

  • Working the sales floor when needed
  • Answering phones when needed

  Key Administrative Tasks

  • Mailing items and maintaining postage daily and shipping supplies
  • Ordering paper bags
  • Ordering some office supplies
  • Driving to local stores for supply purchases - weekly
  • Miscellaneous office tasks in support of owner

  This position could be made full time from May until August should the       candidate have experience in retail sales (especially selling bicycles, clothing   and sporting goods).

  Job Requirements:

  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Experienced in data entry and manipulation
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Able to maintain a very high level of customer service
  • Genuinely super friendly and a team player
  • Preferably would be passionate about cycling and excited to inspire our customers and staff about this sport.
  • High School Diploma or the equivalent. College preferred.
  • Knowledge of computers and technology. Experience with Lightspeed POS a plus.
  • Ability to be mobile and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift 35 lbs while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques.

  Job Parameters:

  • This is a part time, year round, 20 hour per week position and would require a 4-5 day work week
  • A typical schedule would be Tuesday-Friday 9:30a-2:30p

  Job Compensation:
