Returns and Refunds
- Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of the purchase. Items must be in a new condition, and in original packaging. To initiate the return process please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number to obtain a return authorization number.
- Returns must have a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package or the item will be refused. If the item is returned in new condition and original packaging, a full refund (less the cost of shipping) will be applied to the payment method used to complete the initial transaction.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to Latitude 45.
- Latitude 45 reserves the right to refuse a return for any reason.
- We make every effort to maintain current, accurate information in our on-line catalog. We appreciate your understanding should any of the prices or other information provided be incorrect and regret any inconvenience such mistakes may create. Please bring any errors you may find to our attention on your next visit or by calling or sending us an e-mail.
- In the unlikely event that your order is not fulfilled accurately; Latitude 45 will ship you the correct products at our expense. You will be provided with a return shipping label to send the incorrectly shipped products back.
